Job Description

Our client is looking for an ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR who is comfortable with all computer packages to join their team in GRIMSBY, on a years’ contract. The hours will initially be 30 per week but may increase to full time depending on the company’s needs.

The main function of the role will be to support the business daily with administrative and accounts tasks, including payroll, VAT returns and various other duties.



  • General office duties
  • Bookkeeping, using Sage Line 50
  • Undertake payroll, managing holidays
  • CIS returns
  • VAT returns
  • Fleet management
  • To be flexible in undertaking duties and responsibilities


  • Experience within administration is required
  • Experience within a wages dept would be advantageous
  • Experienced within an office environment

Desired Skills

  • Proficient IT skills are required - inclusive of Microsoft Office software
  • Competent using Sage Line 50 would be preferred
  • The ability to work efficiently in a team is a must
  • Excellent telephone manners are essential
