Do you have previous multi-drop delivery driver experience?
Our client based in Scunthorpe are looking to recruit 7.5T DRIVERS, to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, carrying our multi-drop deliveries to residential homes.
Salary: £9 per hour, plus overtime & weekend rates.

Responsibilities
The following are a list of responsibilities for the 7.5T Drivers jobs in Scunthorpe :
- You will be paired up with the drivers mate working as a 2 man team
- Delivery of various products weighing upto 25kg
- Carrying out multi drop deliveries to residential homes, loading and unloading deliveries
- Liaising with customers on the phone confirming delivery times
- Assisting the drivers mate with paperwork for the deliveries carried out, taking account of the delivery order and making sure items are easily accessible
- Check that all the items are accounted for against delivery sheets
- Obtaining delivery signatures from customers
Education
- DIGI and CPC, 7.5T Licence
- Must be numerate and literate
Experience
- 7.5T Driving experience
- Proven history of heavy lifting, physically demanding roles
Desired Skills / Qualities
- Must be flexible with hours of work
- Good Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Helpful and courteous manner with a responsible attitude
- Must be a team player
- Ideally be physically fit due to the physical demands of this role (heavy lifting)
- As you will be front facing, must be of smart appearance as you will be representing the company
