Experts in B2B and B2C business, this company are a forward-thinking organisation and are offering permanent position(s) to join an existing team of hardworking call centre advisors to provide a first-class service.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated, with excellent time keeping skills who enjoys working as part of a team. This role will suit you if you are keen to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

The following are a list of responsibilities for the Call Centre Advisors jobs in Hull :

  • Represent the company well
  • Provide and offer solutions for small and medium size businesses
  • Upselling
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Complete KPIs
  • Work as part of a team
  • Answer calls, emails and web chat enquiries from customers
  • Make telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers
  • Deal with customer orders
  • Advise about products and services
  • Support customers
  • Update customers records on the CRM

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience advantageous
