Job Description
Our client, a large independent company expert in the manufacturing of film-based products for multiple markets, are offering an exciting opportunity for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers in Elsham, North Lincolnshire.

Job Summary
Hours of Work
- 2 days / 2 nights / 4 off (0700 to 1900 / 1900 to 0700)
- Overtime is available paid at time and half & double time
Responsibilities
The following are a list of responsibilities for the Counterbalance Forklift Drivers jobs in Brigg :
- Working as part of a team
- Required to bring raw materials in on pallets out of the factory into the warehouse
- De-bag the pallets into mini silos
- Manual handling aspects moving 10 tonnes over 12 hours equating to 10 pallets per shift
- Carrying out quality checks
- Always have a good understanding of Health & Safety
- An induction will be carried out (practical & theory)
Education
- Hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence
- Must be numerate and literate
Experience
- Previous experience within manufacturing and/or similar
- Production experience within packaging environment ideally although not essential
- Proven record of being a team player
