Our client, a young, rapidly growing independent firm, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in the Gainsborough area.

Job Summary

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1700 but can change due to nature of the business. (40 hours per week, days)

Responsibilities

The following are a list of responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator jobs in Gainsborough :

  • Working as a team member in an exciting fast pace office environment
  • Achieve the targets and job standards set out by supervisors/managers
  • Checking all emails that come into the company
  • Allocate all emails then flag to correct person within the business
  • Day to day customer service tasks (tracking of parcels, claiming for damages and organising replacement items)
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched on time
  • Dealing with a number of difference questions and queries across multiple online platforms whilst supporting the customers journey from order to delivery
  • Adhere to the companies Health and Safety Policy

Education

  • Must be numerate and literate
  • Good standard of education required, including Maths and English
  • Must be computer literate

Experience

  • Previous administration experience (preferably within a warehouse and office environment and/or similar)
