Job Summary
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1700 but can change due to nature of the business. (40 hours per week, days)
Responsibilities
The following are a list of responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator jobs in Lincoln :
- Working as a team member in an exciting fast pace office environment
- Achieve the targets and job standards set out by supervisors/managers
- Checking all emails that come into the company
- Allocate all emails then flag to correct person within the business
- Day to day customer service tasks (tracking of parcels, claiming for damages and organising replacement items)
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched on time
- Dealing with a number of difference questions and queries across multiple online platforms whilst supporting the customers journey from order to delivery
- Adhere to the companies Health and Safety Policy
Education
- Must be numerate and literate
- Good standard of education required, including Maths and English
- Must be computer literate
Experience
- Previous administration experience (preferably within a warehouse and office environment and/or similar)
