Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact with out client's customers. Providing them with excellent support and assistance over the phone and managing any quotes and orders efficiently. Your main responsibility will be to maintain customer relations, whilst building strong relationships with the sales and technical support teams.
