Objective of the role:
Reporting into the Senior Carer/Nurse. You will provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agree standards under the direction of the senior carer/nurse. Support and enable service users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to everyone. Maintain skills at a current level and undertake any training and development as required
