Our client, a UK leading designer and manufacturer based in Scunthorpe, are offering an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team.

This company are a forward-thinking organisation holding over 25 years experience in supplying their product solutions to a wide range of Industrial sectors nationwide.

Job Summary

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday, Days, 0900 to 1700

Responsibilities

The following are a list of responsibilities for the Purchase Ledger Administrator jobs in Scunthorpe :

  • Business administration
  • Data entry to Microsoft programs and bespoke software
  • Goods receipt and stores operation
  • Sorting and filing of paperwork
  • Scanning and copying
  • PO generation and order placement
  • Taking and making business phone calls
  • Any other duties as required

Education

  • Literate and numerate

Experience

  • Experienced administrator with a proven track record
