Job Summary

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1730 (with travel to clustering sites)


The following are a list of responsibilities for the Regional Administrator jobs in Bradford :

  • All administration aspects of your cluster of sites
  • Produce customer billing run each month for the cluster of sites
  • Process credit notes when requested
  • Use of company software (training provided) to raise invoices, purchase orders, new leads, follow ups, reports etc
  • Chase arrears from tenants, chase direct debit mandates and type up correspondence
  • Collate quotations got works, putting together justification forms to pass onto management
  • Deal with the day to day aspects, front facing
  • Meet all KPIs
  • Take on a managerial role when covering during annual leave and/or when requested by the Regional Site Manager
  • Cover other sites throughout the region as requested by management
  • Required to travel throughout the region and assist in regional projects
  • Attend regional tea meetings on a Monthly/Quarterly basis


  • Must be numerate and literate
  • Good standard of education required, including Maths and English
  • Must be computer literate
  • Full clean driving licence


  • Previous administration experience (preferably front facing)
  • Customer service and sales background
