Our client, a large independent company experts within their manufacturing field, catering for multiple markets, are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator in North Lincolnshire.

This is a forward-thinking organisation and offering the chance of a permanent position to provide a first-class service within a manufacturing business.

Purpose of the Role

To maximise the effectiveness of the Business Development Manager by providing Administrative support, producing high quality leads and working towards agreed set targets and goals. You will be providing a high level of Sales Support by ensuring that all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

Job Summary

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break (37.5 hours)

Responsibilities

The following are a list of responsibilities for the Sales Administrator jobs in Brigg :

  • Monitoring ongoing orders to ensure Customer deadlines are met
  • Produce Stock Reports for Customers
  • Get involved in Customer Quotations
  • Help and assist customers as their first point of contact.
  • Provide assistance with orders, call off requirements, complaints, sample requests and quotations
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with Companies in Market Sectors that are of interest
  • Manage Company Records to a high degree of accuracy to ensure all key staff can monitor progress
  • Liaise effectively with all Departments to ensure customer requirements are met

Education

  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Good mathematical skills and understanding of numerical data
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets) and Word
  • Sage 1000 knowledge would be desirable
