Our client based in Scunthorpe is looking for talented Sales/Customer Service Personnel for an exciting role within their organisation.

The main function of the role will be to control the activity of the company accounts with customers and to be the principle source of contact. The integrated nature of the role ensures that full responsibility can be taken for running the account, the timeliness and accuracy of transactions, service and dispute resolution.

Hours of Work

  • 0815 – 1645 Monday to Thursday, 0815 – 1530 Fridays

Responsibilities

  • Collate customer orders
  • Order input accurately
  • Resolve any queries with customers regarding orders, customer service issues and product information
  • Log all service to respond that is received via email, fax, phone
  • Input parts orders onto the computer and chase up where necessary
  • Complete customer chases for orders and customer service resolutions
  • Log complaints
  • Monitoring and entering invoices to response
  • Agree and action collections
  • Liaise with agents/reps with regards to promotions, samples or sell off’s
  • Maintain customer contacts to advice of discontinuations/promotions
  • Assisting the administrators daily
  • Ordering swatches as required, and any other POS/Samples/Spec’s required

Education

  • Computer Literate

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous
