An exciting opportunity to work for a young, fast growing independent firm, offering WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES roles in LINCOLN
Our client's site is purpose built allowing for overnight deliveries throughout the UK. They're experienced within their field, priding themselves on offering a range of agricultural products and advise.

Job Summary
Hours of Work
- Monday & Tuesdays, 0700 to 1700 – Part time initially (peak periods will offer full time hours)
Responsibilities
The following are a list of responsibilities for the Warehouse Operatives jobs in Lincoln :
- Working as a team member in an exciting fast pace warehouse
- Helping to ensure efficient and smooth running of the department
- Achieve the targets and job standards set out by supervisors/managers
- Picking products up to 25kg from floor to chest height
- Checking moving, palletising, picking or packing products
- Packing products – this will be your main role
- Packing products on a bay using the system from the screen
- Scan products, box them, tape the products, print labels and place onto a conveyor
- Adhere to the companies Health & Safety Policy
Education
- Good standard of education required, including Maths and English
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- A proven record of picking and packing experience within a warehousing environment
- Manual handling experience

- Must be physically fit due to the nature of the role
- Able to work as a team member
- Ability to organise workload independently and use own initiative
